Joy Stewart & Brian Santos

Joy Stewart

Joy has lived in Kitchener-Waterloo her entire life and loves that she has been here to see the way the community has changed in this time. As a property investor and renovator herself, Joy knows the benefits and challenges that come with many different types of properties.

Joy has worked for numerous new home builders in the Region and has built a few new homes as a consumer, although you'll now find her living in the heart of the city in home that is almost 100 years old.

Her passion about all things real estate landed her on the Top 30 Under 30 list for Female Sales Representatives in Ontario and Atlantic Canada by the time she was 28 and she has remained in the top 5% of Sales Representatives in the Country since 2014. Joy was voted 2019 Reader’s Choice Platinum Winner as KW’s Favourite Real Estate Agent. When Joy isn't working, she is passionate about travel, rescuing dogs (ask her about it!), cooking and entertaining.
